Wine Fandango is a restaurant and wine bar located in the center of Logroño, in one of the Espolón mansions, which housed the mythical Gran Hotel. A new concept developed by Aitor Esnal and Beatriz Martínez who had just conquered Logroñeses and visitors from Marinée, their previous restaurant in the Plaza del Mercado. Together with Ricardo and José Miguel Arambarri, two brothers with extensive experience in the world of wine, they have created a place where, above all, you can enjoy the details.
Wine Fandango has three main pillars: food, wine and fun. The first is in charge of Aitor, the “cherif”, defender of market cuisine and the product above all things. Beatriz, sommelier and bartender, is in charge of the wines, a careful selection from Rioja, Spain and the world. And the third part, the fun, the “fandango”, as they like to call it, are in charge of both surrounded by a great team and with a different and changing offer, focused on new experiences every time you walk through the door.
Among the usual programming, the ‘Sábados Fandangueros’ evenings stand out with a different DJ every week, the ‘Thursdays of Pinchos’ in which an original gastronomy proposal is offered in a small format every Thursday of the year, the ‘Wine Flights’ that allow every month taste wines of very diverse varieties and origins, or the seasonal cocktails that Beatriz makes using the products of each season. At any time you can find themed dinners and tastings, book presentations, cooking classes or concerts… because Wine Fandango is much more than a restaurant.
